New member of WPI Economics

WPI Economics is pleased to announce that Raphael Gregorian is joining the team as an analyst.

Prior to this position, Raphael was working in the UN Buffer Zone in Cyprus alongside the UN, NGOs and government ministries, where he gained experience in grassroots conflict-resolution, and public policy strategy, specifically in the field of education. Raphael has a first class honours in Economics and History from SOAS, University of London, and was awarded the “SOAS Department of Economics Prize for Undergraduate Finalists 2015-2016”.

Raphael enrolled on a UN award-winning political leadership programme in 2016 entitled Parliamentors in which he led a team of four in creating a project to assist the integration of newly arrived London based teenage refugees and asylum seekers in partnership with Arsenal Football Club. The team was mentored by Sir Keir Starmer QC, and the project was publicly endorsed by Ed Miliband, and named the “Most Inspiring Project 2016” by 3FF.
