Rigmor Fowkes

Rigmor has recently joined WPI Economics as the Head of Economic Appraisal. Rigmor works across a range of economic evaluations and has a background in central government. She joined us from the Department of Energy Security and Net Zero, where she headed a multi-disciplinary team leading analysis, evidence and modelling for departmental business cases, economic evaluations and policy appraisal. She brings to her client work her depth of expertise in economic appraisal projects underpinned by standards set out in the Green, Aqua and Magenta books. Rigmor holds a MSc in Economics from the University of Copenhagen.
