WPI Economics’ 2017 report on off-site construction highlighted the opportunities that off-site construction could bring in terms of boosting productivity and growth across the UK.

Since that report, significant action has been taken in this space.

Based on this progress and recently published data on sector-level productivity, this report updates findings from the 2017 report.

It develops the modelling further, using newly-available data to demonstrate how increasing the speed of take up of off-site construction methods could deliver tangible benefits across the UK.
